The Corporate Compliance Program has been established to develop and continuously improve processes and behaviors that promote honest, ethical, safe and legal practices in our day-to-day operations.  We each must conduct ourselves in a way that preserves and enhances the integrity of the organization and EHCHS’s reputation in the community and larger health care system.

EHCHS expects that its Board of Directors, associates, independent contractors, and all affected individuals will comply with the Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

CODE OF CONDUCT

EHCHS, with the support of its Board of Directors and management, has established a comprehensive Code of Conduct in order to create a culture that promotes detection, correction and prevention of instances of conduct that do not conform to the organization’s internal ethical or business practice standards, or to federal, state or local laws and regulations.

Have a compliance issue? Make a report…

EHCHS is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception.  We want you to feel comfortable in reporting instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

It is the responsibility of all individuals to report any perceived or actual violations of law and ethical standards of behavior.

The Compliance Hotline is a reporting tool that can be used to make reports of possible illegal, unethical, or improper conduct when the normal channels of communication have proven unsuccessful or are not viable under the circumstances.  You may use this reporting tool anonymously.

The Compliance Hotline: (646) 930-2464 (Please dial *67 before the telephone number for anonymous reporting.)
