Boriken Hosts an On-Site Event With Exodus Transitional Community!

Here’s Boriken Neighborhood Health Center hosting their on-site event with
Exodus Transitional Community on 4/11/2022. We also had Select Health & Fidelis Care visit!

We were able to hand out information on many of our services, Kinsa Smart Thermometers,
giveaways & COVID-19 At-Home Test Kits. We also had screenings available including
Mental Health screenings and Blood Pressure/Diabetes screenings in our Medical Van.
