About Us
The Boriken Pharmacy was established in 2018 to ensure our patients have access and can leave the health center with any medications prescribed by our providers in hand, starting their treatment immediately. The pharmacy has a full formulary of medications our patients most commonly need.
Our pharmacy offers many conveniences to our patients and the community. We offer free delivery to all 5 boroughs Monday-Saturday, we offer blister packaging for patients who are on multiple medications making it easier for them to manage their prescriptions and we have a 340B program that allows eligible health care organizations, like Boriken Neighborhood Health Center, to purchase prescription medications at significantly reduced prices from pharmaceutical manufacturers. This helps us provide affordable medications to our patients, especially those who are uninsured or underinsured.
Our pharmacy team has direct access to our providers and can contact them in real time if there are any issues with a patient’s prescription or if any changes are required.
Our Pharmacy accepts most government and commercial insurance plans.
